Shipping policy

We ship globally from Gather and Stitch, based in Australia. All orders are inclusive of global duties and taxes.

All orders will be created and shipped within the 2 months lead time after placing the order. If you need a rush order please contact us directly on couture@gatherandstitch.com to confirm availability.

Due to Covid-19 both Australia Post and DHL standard and express services have experienced delays. Due to this we are not liable for any delays that are caused by postal services. Order in advance to avoid delays due to these unforeseen circumstances.

If you are able to come into our studio, you may select 'Pick up' on check out. The item will be shipped to our studio free of charge. See FAQ's for more details on inhouse pick ups.

AUSTRALIA

Standard Australian orders are posted with Australia Post. Express orders are posted with DHL express. Express shipping for Australian orders may incur extra fees and charges.

Australian orders 

5-7 business days from dispatch. 2 month lead time before dispatch | $30 AUD

Australia Post operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth cbd only) and some major centers. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the express post network, Australia Post uses the fastest possible transport links, but your parcel will not be covered by their next day guarantee and can take up to 5 days to be delivered.

GLOBAL

International orders are posted with Australia Post. Express orders are posted with DHL express.

Incorrect address & change of address:

Unfortunately we take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details. Please take note when putting down a valid address. This address will still need to be valid in the 2 months lead up to shipment. If incorrect details have been submitted, please email couture@gatherandstitch.com, subject title ‘Incorrect address’ to see what would be possible to rectify. 

Delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch to track your order. Please advise us if you require assistance in tracking your order.
